Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 29, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Le Roux Ventures, LLC (“we”, “us”), which operates SiteSpark, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website builder and related services. Le Roux Ventures, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company, is the data controller for the personal information described here. You can contact us about your personal information at privacy@sitespark.you.

2. Information we collect

Account information you provide, such as your name and email address.

Content you add to the sites you build with the Service.

Billing information, which is collected and processed by our payment provider, Paddle; we do not receive or store full payment card details.

Usage and device information collected automatically, such as log data and IP address, to operate, secure, and improve the Service. This includes cookieless website statistics kept only as daily totals — see section 9.

3. Legal bases for processing

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal information on these legal bases: to perform our contract with you (providing the Service and processing your subscription); our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Service and preventing abuse); your consent (for non-essential cookies and optional communications); and to comply with legal obligations.

4. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, process subscriptions, communicate with you about your account, provide support, ensure security and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

5. How we share information

We share personal information with the service providers that help us run SiteSpark, acting as our processors:

Paddle — payment processing and as Merchant of Record for your purchase.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting, storage and content delivery, authentication, and email delivery.

MongoDB Atlas — database hosting for your account and site content.

We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

6. International data transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers process data primarily in the United States. Where personal information is transferred from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, where required.

7. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterward as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time.

Site content (your website pages, images, and related uploads) is retained for 12 months after your subscription ends so you can resubscribe and restore your site, after which it is permanently deleted. Billing records are retained by us and by Paddle as required for legal and accounting purposes.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights; we do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@sitespark.you. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Cookies and analytics

We use only cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the Service — for example, to keep you signed in to your dashboard. We do not set analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies on this website or in the Service.

We do measure how this website is used, but we do so without cookies and without storing anything on your device. When you view a page or follow a sign-up link, we record the page address and, so that repeat views in a single day are not double-counted, a one-way pseudonymous code derived from your IP address and browser type together with the current date. We do not store your IP address or browser type themselves, and because the date forms part of the code, the codes cannot be linked from one day to the next. We keep only daily totals — for example, how many people viewed the pricing page — which do not identify you and are not used to build a profile, track you across websites, or target advertising.

If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future (for example, optional analytics that do set cookies), we will ask for your consent first where the law requires it. You can also control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service, such as sign-in, from working.

10. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date below and, where appropriate, notify you.

13. Contact

Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to privacy@sitespark.you or through our contact page.
