How the arrangement works

You charge your client whatever you charge. We never touch it.

1

Build it

Start from a template, fill in the business details, and preview the finished site. Building and previewing are free — no card, no trial clock.

2

Hand it over

Send your client a claim link. They pay SiteSpark directly, with their own card, at our public price. You never handle their money and never bill them for our hosting.

3

Keep your access

You stay on the site as a maintainer and can keep editing and publishing. You cannot see their card, change their plan or delete the site — and they can remove you in one click.

4

Get paid every month

We pay you 30% of what we actually receive on that subscription, for as long as they stay. Held 30–60 days so refunds can be reversed against it, then paid by PayPal.

WHY BUILD ON SITESPARK

Built for client work

A finished site in minutes

Pick a template, drop in the business details, publish. The work that used to be an evening is the length of a phone call.

Your client owns everything

The subscription is in their name and paid with their card, and they are always the registrant of record for their own domain. Nothing is held hostage on either side.

You keep editing after handoff

Maintainer access survives the transfer, so the care plan you sell is a service you can actually deliver. Billing stays theirs; the site stays yours to work on.

Nothing to hide from the client

Our price is public and they pay it directly, so your quote holds up if they go looking. No markup to discover, no white-label to maintain.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Nothing. There is no signup fee, no platform fee and no per-site fee. Your client pays SiteSpark $9.99/month or $90/year for hosting, directly, with their own card.

We pay you 30% of what we actually receive on each subscription attributed to you — about $2.70 a month per client at the monthly price, after our payment processor takes its cut. It continues for as long as that client stays subscribed. Commission is held 30 to 60 days so refunds and chargebacks can be reversed against it, then paid by PayPal. There is no minimum balance before you are paid.

No. You find your own clients — we do not supply leads, customers, accounts or territories. SiteSpark is a tool for building the sites and a revenue share on the ones you bring, not a lead service.

You charge whatever you like for your own work — the build, the copy, the photography, an ongoing care plan — and you keep all of it. What you cannot do is mark up or resell our hosting: the client pays SiteSpark directly at our public price. That is deliberate. Our price is on this site, so your quote holds up if the client goes looking.

The site and the subscription are theirs and stay theirs. They can remove your access in one click, and you can walk away at any time. They are also always the registered owner of their own domain — we never hold a client domain, and neither can you through us.

Yes, but use a separate account for it. A partner workspace is for holding client drafts and cannot publish on its own, so an account that already pays for a published site cannot be converted into one.

The program is currently open to partners based in the United States while we work through international tax requirements, and we collect a W-9 before any commission is earned. We read every application and look for people who are already finding and delivering work for local businesses.
